launch of an entirely new line of nonmetal SandPIPER II™ Plastic Pumps. Models are
available in sizes from ˝" through 3". Models have a rugged, bolted design.
V-band clamps are not used. This results in a much stronger construction, and
easier maintenance.
These pumps feature the guaranteed no-lube, non-stall air valve,
ESADS+Plus®, which is more energy efficient than ever. The modular air valve has no
close-fitting components and is very tolerant of dirty or wet compressed air.
SandPIPER II Bolted Design Plastic Pumps
Ideal for pumping aggressive chemicals, the new SandPIPER II Plastic Pumps are offered
in PVDF or polypropylene, with Santoprene® or Teflon® diaphragms and ball valves. Spill
containment and leak detection are offered on models 1" and larger. Sizes Range from
1/4" to 3"
SandPIPER II Metallic Pumps
The metal SandPIPER II® pump
has wetted components in Aluminum, Cast Iron, Stainless Steel, and Hastelloy-C.
They provide exceptional suction lift
capacity for solids-free materials from low to high viscosity.

RuppGUARD Spill
Containment Pumps
The Spill Containment Group for safe pumping of aggressive, unpredictable, hazardous
or toxic liquids features spill containment chambers and additional diaphragms. If a
pumping diaphragm fails, accidental spills are contained in the spill chamber. This
prevents pumpage from entering the air valve, thus protecting plant environment, personnel
and the pump itself. In many cases, spill containment allows the pump to complete the
batch or operation in progress, before repair has to be done.
HD Series Ball Valve Pump
The SB Series Pumps with ball type check valves
are available in optional top and side, as well as bottom porting arrangements, offering
unique application advantages not typically available on competitive units. For example,
the bottom porting arrangement is suited for liquids containing solids, by utilizing the
natural effect of gravity.

specially-fitted with swing check valves and easy access clean-outs. The pumps are
designed specifically for slurry and solids-laden materials. Flap-valves allow passage of
suspended, pipe-sized solids and stringy material. Visual stroke indicator is standard.
